Enrolment Process
Step 1Application Form We invite you to submit an Enrolment Application Form (ELC) along with:
1. A copy of your child’s birth certificate or visa,
2. The $100 application fee (non-refundable).
If applicable, we also encourage you to provide the following documents with the Application Form:
1. A copy of your child’s sacramental certificates (e.g. Baptism)
2. A reference from your Priest, Pastor, Minister or similar
3. Documentation relating to special needs (e.g. reports, action plans, assessments)
4. Court order(s) or related information regarding the custody of your child.
Please note: If you submit an application for the ELC and an application for Reception for your son, you are only required to pay one application fee of $100.
Once we receive the completed application, we will send you a letter confirming its receipt.
Due to the competitive nature of enrolments, we recommend submitting the Application Form at least 18 months prior to commencement.

Step 2Enrolment Interview Approximately 8 to 6 months before your child is due to commence, we will contact you to arrange an Enrolment Interview with the ELC Director. Your child must be present at this Interview. The Interview will help us to get to know your child and family, and provides you with an opportunity to get to know us better and ask any questions.
Step 3Letter of Offer Following a successful interview (and an available vacant place), we will then issue a Letter of Offer and other paperwork to be returned to us along with a $350 acceptance fee (non-refundable).
Step 4Waiting List If there are no vacancies available, your child will be placed on a waiting list and will be issued with a Letter of Offer once a place becomes available.
